Basketball with Gregory Bou with not Good Ball
I’m usually way better at twirling the ball on my finger, bouncing the ball between my legs and walking with the ball bouncing it between my legs, juggling it around my torso around my arms like the Globetrotters did and finishing it with juggling it from one hand to the other hand across my arms around behind my neck and head flicking it up in the air on the one hand after it goes all the way there then catching it. Give me a real ball and I’ll show you. 🙂
The ball was pretty flat so that’s why I couldn’t do what I normally do. I’m way better than how that looks unless you know that with a flat ball that’s how it looks for somebody that hasn’t played in years just getting back into it a little bit.
I used to play basketball all the time. I was really good at it. I excelled at basketball, football, martial arts and wrestling. I loved sports. I still love sports but I do like my businesses a lot and everything that I do currently. I messed up my ankle a while back which prevents me from really doing much with sports or any kind of hard physical activity. Until that’s all fixed I’ll just keep it pretty mellow or just a small game without too much contact.

You have to be thankful for what you have. Everyday has new opportunities and blissings for you. Treat everyday with gratitude and respect because God gives you life and you should cherish it. I’ve been Over 7 Years Sober, You can do it too
Drugs and alcohol are bad and I’ve been over 7 years sober, you can do it too. Alcohol is Al-Kuhl a man eating or body eating spirit. Weed is the devil’s lettuce and alcohol is the devil’s juice. They don’t call it that for no reason. You really shouldn’t do drugs or Alcohol even though people glorify it sometimes.
What Weed does to you
Weed has three times more tar than cigarettes. It is bad for your immune system. It is the number one drug found in fatal car accidents so in that way it does kill people. It lowers your testosterone so for men it makes you feminine, for girls it makes you masculine. It gives you more psychosis than LSD or mushrooms which means you hear or see things more. They’re making it legal to dumb down the population. All the municipal and medical weed is all synthetic so if you’re going to get it, get it homegrown. Weed is very bad but they like to glorify it.
Why alcohol is bad
Alcohol gets you into fights. It’ll make you lose your family and friends. It’ll make you resent and lose your spouse. It’ll drive your kids away from you. It’ll make you crash your car. It’ll make you lose your house. It’ll make you black out and not remember what you did. Alcohol is horrible and makes you do horrible and dumb things.
I’ve been over 7 years sober
Since I knew this knowledge I stopped what I was doing almost immediately after I found this information out. Why would I continue doing something when it is that horrible for me. I heard it’s easier to get off drugs and alcohol than it is to get off cigarettes. Stay positive and stay away from drugs.

I’m Most Happy When I’m Talking to People and Creating
I’m most happy when talking with friends or family. I can even be happy talking with a stranger. It really makes me smile talking to people and when they’re happy or willing to share a conversation or sign of fulfillment back at you. I do my best to make people’s day’s, it makes me feel good when I do so. I share truth and knowledge about many subjects. I just want the best for people and I want the best for me and my family and friends.
Why I Struggle
I’ve struggled with a lot of things in my life. Number one life isn’t easy a lot of the times. Since it’s not easy, I was thrown a lot of obstacles my way throughout my whole life. It was almost like it was never easy but there was easy moments or easy days where I didn’t have to do that that much. Most days I have to do a decent amount or a lot. Some days back around 2014 to 2018 I did so much things that I felt so overweighed by stress and anger. I had so much stress and anger that it was built up and pent up inside of me and I was ready to explode. I was already ready to explode from 2011 where I was always yelled at as a kid. In 2018 is when I moved into a nice place or so it was told.
2014 to 2018
The hardest days of my life were during these years. Every day almost was one of the toughest days I’ve almost ever had. I struggled to get out of bed but still did it anyway. I struggled to go to my program but I did it anyway. I struggled to get on the bus and wait there for the bus everyday to go to that program. Whether sleet, snow, hail, rain or a hell of a sunny day. I also had to take the bus back home too, I met a lot of different people throughout my years and each face says something different but we all are God’s children. I treat them all equal with respect and dignity.
If You’re Struggling Know that You’re not Alone
Please for God’s sake like I just heard from somebody, put it in a song, put it into a poem. Make your pain form into something beautiful that could be produced into an art form rather than hurting yourself or hurting other people. Your pain is only beautiful because it makes you who you are and it’s meant to be shared a lot of the times but not all the time. When you do want to share it rather than keeping it in, call a friend or call a family member. It may be late sometimes but even sometimes they can pick up. If not just know that God and the angels are still watching. There’s people that love you and I want the best for you. I love you.
I Love You.
I want you to know that you’re loved because I know I’m loved, it’s just hard to feel it sometimes. I felt a lot of pain in my life Trust me. The thing I really felt a lot was the easing of the pain and the tension going away and I feel a lot easier in the mind, body and soul. I would like to thank all of you because you are all beautiful people that make me feel good. I can’t do any of this without you,. My art, my writing, my poems, my music, my websites and my team. None of this is possible without any of you. So I appreciate anyone and everyone that ever checks out my content or checks on me just to see what’s going on or how I’m doing. I just want you to know I love every single one of you and I don’t want you to feel left out. You’re my person.

A New Chapter in Life is Necessary for Change
You have to start changing your life for the better. In order to change you must make alterations in your everyday living. You can have new beginnings but you have to let go of things holding you back. Think of all of the things you can gain from changing old ways into new ways or getting some things that are traditional that can help you. You can have anything so let the old things that hold you back into new opportunities that benefit you.
Change Your Environment
The things you surround yourself with you become. Surround yourself with positive things and things that benefit you or others. Watch positive videos that make you smarter in whatever field you want to be in. Become who you want to be by being that person and watch and pay attention to things that you will gain knowledge and enjoyment from. Watch free videos on the field you want to become and you will become an expert at it.
Change the People
Let go of the negative people holding you back and surround yourself with people that are positive and where you want to be. Put people in your life that are healthy or wealthy and you will become that by being around them. Who you surround yourself with you become so be with people that are where you want to be. Not everyone is on the same level as you either so be mindful and know not everyone is positive or where you are or where you want to be.
Stay Positive and Allow Positive to Flow to you
You create your world and reality by your thoughts, words, feelings and imagination so manifest a positive world and reality for yourself. Take steps in life towards your goals and constantly strive for more then you have currently. Be happy with what you have now because we are blissed by God to have what we have. Just know you can have more and God gives those things to you.
God is Your Light
Let God guide you and know you can do better then where your at now. Most of us want more then what we currently have and it’s completely possible to acquire what we desire, you just have to take steps towards the right direction. You must change your current environment if it’s negative and change the people holding you back. Look for people, things and places that are where you want to be or positive teachers/examples. You can achieve and acquire anything you desire so take the necessary steps today.
